My name is Aria Dehshid, a coach with a Bachelors's in Kinesiology and over five years of experience working with individuals and athletic teams up to collegiate level.
Growing up overweight is probably the biggest factor in who I am today and what I do. I used to struggle like to tomorrow keeping up with my teammates, getting enough playing time and in general performing to the expectations. On February 20th of 2014 I made a decision to join a gym to start my journey towards losing all the excess fat and becoming the best version of myself in my sports (especially soccer)

PHASE 1
Focuses on building a solid foundation through hypertrophy to maximize muscle growth, balanced cardiovascular training (aerobic and anaerobic), moderate plyometrics, and recovery protocols. This phase prepares your body for physical strain, setting the stage for the more intense phases ahead.

PHASE 2
Emphasis on strength and power development. Over 4 weeks, advanced plyometrics and intense cardiovascular training enhance strength and explosiveness. Recovery, flexibility, and mobility remain essential as you push your limits and build on the Phase 1 foundation.

PHASE 3
In the final phase, all previous training comes together to simulate game-like conditions. Focuses on maximum explosiveness and power, with intense plyometrics and peak athletic conditioning. Cardiovascular demands are at their highest, with joint protection emphasized for durability. By the end, you'll be at your strongest and fastest, ready for peak performance.
