About Us

My name is Aria Dehshid, a coach with a Bachelors's in Kinesiology and over five years of experience working with individuals and athletic teams up to collegiate level. 

Growing up overweight is probably the biggest factor in who I am today and what i do. I used to struggle like to tomorrow keeping up with my teammates, getting enough playing time and in general performing to the expectations. On February 20th of 2014 I made a decision to join a gym to start my journey towards losing all the excess fat and becoming the best version of myself in my sports (especially soccer) 

I continued to play collegiate level soccer and in my final year, I took over the strength and conditioning program/coaching for my team. This was a monumental shift in my focus, where i began to help other young athletes develop to be the best in their sports as well as their specific position of role in the team,

I can safely say that when you TRULY decide it's time, there is little that can stop you. Over the years I have been developing my body but most importantly my mindset. Discipline to follow a regimented training program alongside smart and controlled food choices has allowed me to develop myself and other athletes into unbreakable machines.

Having been part of many teams myself as an athlete and playing sports my whole life and continuing to work with athletes as really shifted my focus to producing a VALUABLE, ACCESSIBLE and AFFORDABLE program, with the pure goal of helping develop as many young athletes around the world as I possibly can. 

I have put together a program that I WISH I had access to years ago.

I gathered my database all in one and looked at the common trends in my programming for athletes from different sports, alongside further research on the matter. MOST land-based team sports (such as soccer, Lacrosse, American football, volleyball and basketball) share many commonalities in the approach to strength and conditioning. For example, Improving your speed, agility, vertical jump height, increased muscle mass, stronger ankles and knees will ALL be extremely useful and applicable to these sports. 

After a long period of testing, trial and error, filming days worth of tutorial videos and DETAILED programming, I present:
